Job Description

SAP TM functional consultant 
 
1.Well experienced in both SAP ECC and S4/HANA and at least 3 full life cycle implementations 
2.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and design SAP TMS 
solutions that meet business requirements. 
3.Possess a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end process within SAP modules, 
technologies, and integration points with TMS 
4.Define how SAP TMS will be configured to meet specific business needs. Balance the use of 
standard SAP functionality with customizations to avoid unnecessary complexity. 
5.Create high-level solution architectures showing SAP TMS and integration with other SAP 
modules and technologies. 
6.Collaborate with vendor & internal project managers, business analysts, developers, and other 
stakeholders to ensure successful module improvement 
7.Identify potential risks and issues related to SAP TMS solution implementation and propose 
mitigation strategies 
8.Guide internal and vendor teams to create detailed technical documentation, solution 
blueprints, architecture diagrams, and other relevant materials to communicate the proposed 
SAP TMS solution to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
9.Ensure the quality of SAP TMS through rigorous testing, validation, and performance 
optimization. 
10.Provide guidance and support to end-users, IT support teams, and other stakeholders during and 
after the implementation of SAP TMS implementation 
11.Overall experience of over 10+ years in SAP systems 
12.Good communications skills and ability to manage C-suite stakeholders 
13.Excellent written and verbal skills in English
