Preparation of test strategy and obtain the sign off.

Facilitate to finalize the testing scope, testing timelines, test data preparation, testing readiness, exit & entry criteria, test plan etc..,

Responsible for the entire testing deliverables.

Obtain the testing sign off from the BAs and the Business Leads.

Communicate the risks / challenges with mitigation plans.

Train the business and IT teams on the test management tool.

Guide the team and ensure that the Client best practices are followed.

Collaborate with different third party teams for SAP/Non SAP integration testing.

Co-ordinate with the business and IT teams on the entire testing activities and drive till closure.

Conduct daily defect triage.

Manage the Octane Pro workspace for the test activities.
· In depth understanding of Testing and test management processes and governance.
· Prior experience in Handling SAP & Non-SAP testing projects.
· Strong knowledge of SAP / Application testing.
· Experience in developing Test Plan/ Test Strategy/ Test Deliverables/ Test Execution /Test Report documents/Defect Triage & Management.
· Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in participating stakeholder discussions.
· Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead testing projects.
· Experienced in leading multiple SAP, Non-SAP & Interface testing projects to determine the testing scope, deliverables, ownership establishment, testing timelines.
o Hands-on experience on Octane Pro test management tool for managing activities like Test Creation/Upload/Modification, Test Execution, Reporting & Dashboards
o Experience with Test Management tools like HP ALM, Jira etc.
o Experience for managing Automation teams with skillset of Tosca.
o Experience for managing performance testing teams with skillset of Load Runner
o Good understanding of the overall SAP functional areas.
