Job Description

• Support roll-out and implementation of new business 
applications and functionality?
• Creation of RICEFW & Functional specification and supporting 
documents.?
• Integration with cross functional modules.?
• Analysis and design of the processes, technical implementation 
in the system in areas of the Success Factor, SAP HR / HCM, 
Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), 
Personnel Time Management (PT), Personnel Administration (PY)?
• Leading a specialist team of SME’s to undertake and deliver 
change to the SAP HR and People platforms 
 
• Take on role as Process Expert in the team and coaching/guiding other team
members (within team and across other teams)?
• Good communication skills to assist in the engagement with key stakeholders to
manage expectations of delivery, change management, estimations of timescales,
competing priorities and technical issues?
• Techno-functional skills to help with both functional and technical aspects of the
Integrations
