JD for Test Lead :
1.Hands on experience in Java , NodeJS.
2.Should have experience in Protractor, Selenium , Jasmine framework.
3.Hands-on in CI / CD, Build & Deploy tools like Jenkins, Maven & ANT.
4.Create SQL/PL-SQL scripts for business transformation rules
5.Should able to create Automation test strategy & planning
6.Train/mentor juniors in automation testing, test coverages, defect management & RCA and also guide the team to uncover defects/ issues early in test lifecycle.
7. Participate in CoE initiatives in technical forums, technical interviews and provide support in training
8. Understands the business drivers / solution of the system under Test.
9. Should be able to establish STLC in a project. Establish testing framework for requisite test needs
10. Proficient in using the debugging tools. Ability to use more than one performance / security testing tools.
11. Demonstrated ability in setting up automation test environment. Basic understanding of Project management
12. Review automation execution progress frequently to be aware of passing percentages and areas of concern for your areas.
13. Provide work estimates for developing and executing automation test suites and other relevant QA tasks.
14. Do designing of the framework, Code reviews, verify coding standards are being met
15. Must handled data driven, key word driven automations, must design the framework.
16. Good knowledge on the test management tools like Jira,ALM etc.
17. Must be participate in the PoCs and small proposals.
18.Must have in-depth knowledge & hand-on in End-End automation process including provisioning, environment setup, auto start testing until deployment.
19.Must have good knowledge on Database testing.
20.Experience in API, Web services, functional, Mobile testing etc.
21.Must be expert in automation scripting in BDD/TDD, Selenium, UFT, Mobile, VB scripting, C#, Python, C#, Python, Java and Java scripting.
22.Understand the SDLC / STLC models # Agile / Waterfall / V-Model Methodology
