We are looking to hire a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) for a fast-growing Tech Logistics startup which is
creating the future of the domain by leveraging deep industry insights and forecasting the forces of
disruption that will shape the customers’ needs.
You will be working as Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack); focused on building the next generation logistics
solutions, working on new-age technologies, and supporting customers across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities/ Duties
? Client - Develop enterprise-level software solutions according to technical specifications.
? Frontend design & development in React js
? Backend architecture design in Node.js, Express
? Design the database structure in Mongo DB
? Analyse the work and create tasks & sub-tasks with time estimations.
? Writing the unit tests to meet code coverage.
? Implement the UI components as a functional frontend page provided by the UX team.
? Create, plan and manage Tasks in JIRA
? Plan to manage & control code quality and execute code review.
Criteria for the Role!
? Experience developing/Architecting frontend and backend applications in React & Node.js (MERN Stack)
? 3 to 5+ years of work experience
? Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize work.
? Previous experience rapidly scaling an engineering team at a start-up is a plus

? Strength in common JS development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Linting, Prettier,
React 16+, Redux, New Context, Provider API, Redux thunk/saga, Axios, Jest, E2E testing, Unit Testing
? Proficiency in GitOps.
? Knowledge in building and securing REST APIs are compulsory.
? Knowledge in GraphQL and Redis is a plus.
? Knowledge of web servers like Apache and NGINX is a plus.
? Knowledge of CI/CD configuration is a plus.
? Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
