1. Location – Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune
2. Exp – 7 – 13 yrs 

JD for reference :

 Supports Product Owner for all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

• Helps Product Owner to organize sprint backlog items and tasks using JIRA.
• Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Use key Scrum metrics (burn down, velocity) to track committed work.
• Expertise with use of JIRA and other Agile tools (Confluence).
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Facilitates joint requirement understanding sessions with BA, developers and testers.  
• Documents the  blockers to deliver the user stories.

• Minimum 1.5/ 2 Years of experience in agile program as a Scrum Master is MUST
• Experience in developer / automation testing / Project Lead
• Good communication skills, confidence and clear articulation
• Good attitude towards learning
• Good foundation in SCRUM
• Experience in one ALM tool (Jira / Version One / Azure boards)
• Added Advantage
• Any certification in Agile
• Awareness  in Kanban, XP
• Awareness about DevOps and Engineering practices
• Knowledge in Digital Technologies
