Scrum Master in Master Data Management Development team, you will be responsible for taking up lead roles in executing key engagements of development till the release of the solution in Cloud and On-premise and also train, mentor and coach teams.

Senior Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating multiple Scrum teams. You are accountable for removing impediments to the teams to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables.

You are expected to ensure that Scrum process is used as intended. You should be able to handle increased complexity and teams, and be a Scrum master for at least 2-3 Scrum teams to ensure project delivery for these teams.

Be a part of and contribute to a project involving young, agile, ambitious, energetic, multi-skilled team, which works extensively on latest technologies like SAP.

Able to provide objective & practical guidance to teams, implement delivery disciplines, and build ownership for high-quality outcomes.

Great team leadership, inter-personal communication, and negotiation/influencing skills to guide, mentor and motivate scrum teams.

Having awareness of real-world agile project challenges and ability to suggest and implement tailored solutions.

Contribute to overall program governance & management, including identification of right value-focused metrics & measures.

Understanding and practicing agility and facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.

Work closely with cross location teams and be responsible for clear communication of cross-functional requirements, targets and vision for achieving business objectives.

Experience working as a Scrum Master for at-least 6 years ( working with distributed scrum teams is an added advantage • Strong programming background in PP/QM/PM/WM/EWM
