Mandatory Skill- SAP HCM Payroll – US
• We are looking for an expert in SAP On-Premise Payroll and/or EC Payroll with USA country specific in depth knowledge.
• Minimum 5 yrs of experience with implementation / support project in a weekly / Monthly / Bi-Weekly payroll processes.
• Should have good communication skills for understanding client requirements, business discussion, solution recommendations for production issues and enhancements.
• Payroll experience includes, Wage Type process, Year End process, in depth understanding of Schemas, Rules, Functions, analytical skills, problem solving skills.
• Should have worked in onsite/offshore model and client facing role at individual capacity.
• Must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• EC Payroll experience is mandatory with certification.
