SAP S/4 HANA Production Planning/ PPDS
· Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA solutions covering the following processes: production planning, PPDS, production scheduling, backflushing, subcontracting, shop floor operations and batch management; experience in both discrete and process manufacturing.
· Nice to have - Expertise with SAP Quality management processes including incoming inspection, finished goods inspection, quality planning, quality certificates, quality notifications and quality reports.
· Experience with dealing with key integration areas in procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management (EWM), and Quality management as well as interfaces to MES systems; MII usage preferred.
· Hands-On knowledge of User Exits including standard user exits and creation of customer exit. Working knowledge ABAP Structures and Debugging.
· Deep understanding of ALE/EDI IDoc’s, file-based interface, LIMS integration, recovery of failed batch Jobs & Inbound & Outbound RFC & Queues. Preferred experience on MES integration using SAP PI/PO.
· Expertise in standard SAP PP/PPDS and QM localizations to supporting global deployments.
· Full ownership of the support tickets in the respective process area, work with integration, other process teams, development teams, 3rd party support providers to resolve the tickets within Operational/Service Level Agreement limits.
· High analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP PP/PPDS, ability to provide best practice solution on incidents & assess its downstream impact on integrated solution. Ensure continuity of ‘business as usual’ items in lieu of proposed RICEFW as well as its relevance on Master Data requirements.
· Experience with 24x7 support covering all time zones, working with multi-cultural support teams spread across different geographies. Should be able to work efficiently, effectively & independently.
· Ability to communicate and work well in cross-functional team environment and in offshore/onsite model.
· Continuous Improvements proposals, business process validation and documentation abilities to create FSD (including business process flow/swim lane, Solution Design parameters and tables, Logic flow and interpretation, Input & Output criteria) , Understand Technical Specific Documentation, Testing and Error Handling, Knowledge Base Articles, defect resolution, training materials & support run book.
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Post Implementation Service Management, Incident or Defect Management and Testing tools. Understanding of SOLMAN, CharM and change management processes.
