Job Description
HR ABAP developer with experience implementing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM).
Education & Certification
University degree in the field of computer science or information systems or equivalent work related experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
· 5 + years of SAP HR code development experience. - Worked in the implementation of SAP Organization Management, Personnel Administration, and Time management.
· Design, write the ABAP and HR-ABAP custom programs and modify standard ones if required
· Must have experience of converting functional specification to technical specification
· Develop/maintain application code that adheres to coding standards and best practices
· Complete thorough unit testing to validate that the coding meets requirements
· Should have strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies
Must have
o Interactive Reporting
o ALV/ Module Pool/ Interface Programing
o BAPI, RFC
o Adobe form
o BDC/ Data Conversions
Knowledge on below area is added advantage
Web Dynpro, HANA, SucessFactors, SAPUI5, workflow and OData
· Experience in working with logical databases and Cluster programming.
· Should be familiar with the HR data model
· Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.
