Functional consultant with strong experience in Testing
of Payroll and Time & Labor
2.
Must have done testing
for at least 1 Cloud implementation
of Payroll & Time & Labor Modules
3.
Preferred to have more Testing
experience in Payroll & Time & Labor Modules
4.
Should have a good knowledge in Fast Formula,
Flex fields, Personalization
5.
Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time
& Labor business process
6.
Worked on UK Payroll would be big plus
7.
Should have play a Test Manager/Lead role in at
least 2 projects
8.
Able to report test metrics, build traceability,
generate test reports & status.
9.
Should be able to
design test Scenarios, Build test cases, Setup Test Data & Execute Test
cases
10.
Should have decent
knowledge on QA processes including defect management process.
11.
Having test
automation knowledge is a big plus but not mandatory
12.
Should have worked
on ST, SIT, E2E, Parallel Testing & UAT Support
13.
Knowledge of at
least one test management & Defect management tool
14.
Good in
communication
