As an application developer, you will help clients take advantage of significant market 
opportunities, help them to transform the products and product related services. As part of

Required skills and Experience. 
-Should have at least 2 years of Team lead experience. 
-Should have at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experience. 
-Should have strong experience in all RICEF objects. 
-Strong programming and technical skills in ABAP/OO ABAP 
-Should be well versed with Object Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP. 
-Should have experience in new programming model and latest development 
techniques. 
-Strong experience in Webdynpro for ABAP.  
-Work closely with functional consultants to gather the requirements. 
-Should be able to lead/guide the team. 
-Good communication, team player and flexible. 
-Required technical and Professional Expertise. 
-Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects. 
-Act as a technical expert to govern the developments towards high standards and 
ensure no operational impact during transportation of objects. 
-Steep learning curve and adapting to new client situation quickly and work in a 
competitive world. 
-Basic knowledge and experience of one or more SAP modules like Sales and 
Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM). 
-Should be able to work independently.  
-Must have strong client facing experience.  
-Excellent presentation skills.  
-SAP Certifications’ will be an advantage.
