least 3-6 years' testing experience in Oracle Fusion
-Human Capital Management (HCM) / business processes (HCM /
PeopleSoft etc)

Functional consultant with strong experience in Testing
of Payroll and Time & Labor

Must have done testing
for at least 1 Cloud implementation
of Payroll & Time & Labor Modules
3.
Preferred to have more Testing
experience in Payroll & Time & Labor Modules
4.
Should have a good knowledge in Fast Formula,
Flexfields, Personalization
5.
Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time
& Labor business process
6.
Should be able to
design test Scenarios, Build test cases, Setup Test Data & Execute Test
cases
7.
Should have decent knowledge
on QA processes including defect management process.
8.
Having test
automation knowledge is a big plus but not mandatory
9.
Should have worked
on ST, SIT, E2E, Parallel Testing & UAT Support
10.
Knowledge of at
least one test management & Defect management tool
11.
Good in
communication
