Job Description:
?Good Understanding in key technology trends especially in the areas of enterprise applications
?End to end handling of the project operations.
?Team handling as a key team player.
?Aid in strategy execution and prioritization of work packages
?Proven working experience in software project management.
?Good Understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (especially Agile methodologies)
?Strong problem-solving skills and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
?Ability to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
?Ability to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost.
?Track project performance, specifically to analyze whether project delivered meets business imperatives.
?Develop comprehensive project plans, timeline and road maps.
?Ability to ensure the projects are completed and delivered within budget, scope and schedule constraints.
?Experience in implementing ERP systems is an added advantage.
Profile Description
?Post-graduate in Business Administration with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PMO role.
?Stakeholder management and SDLC Methodology
?Very good at making Power-point slides and good at presentation.
?Formal external qualification/accreditation in project management methodology
?Strong project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and experience in publishing content in social media like Workplace, Facebook, Etc.,
?Ability to drive cross functional collaboration.
?Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills with good MS Office skills – specifically MS Excel
?Excellent communication skills and comprehension skills.
