Job Title: Epicor ERP Resource
Location: Hyderabad (preferred)/PAN India (Fine with Remote)
Job Type: Permanent/Contract (6 months + extendable)
- 5+ yrs – Epicor 10 version (comes along with Dot Net)
- Work timings – General timings with over lapping of min 3 hrs.
- Good communication skills needed – as it is US based customer
- Atleast 1 or 2 overseas project experience will be helpful
- If Hyderabad resource work from office (hybrid mode) , PAN India – Remote work
Experience with Kinetic version is Must atleast in 1 project.
Job Description:
o Test and troubleshoot systems for customers, providing initial level of support with issue resolution
o Provide Epicor ERP module training for customers
o Write functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and reports
o Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks
o Provide estimates for projects and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
o Key resource for implementing Epicor ERP systems within customer organizations
o Work with customers on facilitating and implementing change management throughout the Epicor ERP implementation
