l -exposure and real time experience in STEP Data Model/Configurations,
l workflow, Business Rules Development, STEP Portal configuration &
l Match and Making Algorithm.
l -strong Integration design experience such as STEP to SAP ECC & S/4, Third
l party systems, reporting, etc (Inbound/Outbound Integration End points).
l -Strong experience in STEP Asset management system
l -Strong experience in STEP version Upgrade, STIBO patch deployments,
l configuration movement between environments.
l -Strong and real time experience in Data Migration and Integration with
l downstream systems in STIBO’s STEP tool.

l Tasks
l ?As Stibo STEP Consultant you are developing group wide Master Data
l Applications. You are consulting internal customers in regards to technical
l concepts in the area of Master Data
l ?You are coordinating the Implementation of the Stibo STEP Application in the
l worldwide Bosch System landscape based on your deep Knowledge and long-
l term experience.
l ?You will take over the Project Management of small or medium IT-
l (Sub)Projects in an international environment
l ?Collaborate with the other members of the Development Team to understand,
l design, and implement customer requirements on an end-to-end basis.
l ?Work with the process experts to translate customer requirements into efficient
l system-supported processes.
l ?Design technical implementation details in close collaboration with the
l Developers and with focus on overall customer experience.
l ?Align with other Functional Consultants, process experts, and Developers
l inside and outside of the own Development Team to ensure a consistent
l procedural and technical application (architecture)
l Skills/ Qualifications
l ?University Degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in Information Technology or
l comparable subjects
l ?Team Player, flexible, able to work independently, target oriented, feels
