• Configure and maintain settings in SAP Payroll and at least one other sub-module including PA, PD, OM and/or Recruiting.
• Write functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP teams for any reporting requirements. Other Responsibilities
• Act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses.
• Demonstrate understanding of Payroll processes.
• Communicate and document business processes with Payroll operations.
C. Person Profile: Required qualification Graduate/Post Graduate Length of overall experience 6-8 years SAP experience and 2 years Domain experience.
D. Competencies: Functional / Technical Skills Must to have Skills
• Should have implemented one SAP US payroll project.
• Sound working Knowledge of SAP Payroll functionality. SAP Payroll Configuration, Time module, PA and OM. ESS/MSS functionalities.
• features, schemas and rules, 3rd party payments, tax reporter
• Knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets
• Knowledge of US & Canada Payroll
