Job Description


Senior Techno Functional Analyst - CRM

4 - 6+ Years of relevant experience

Role Description: The Senior Salesforce Developer would need to have at least 4 years of experience. For this role, you must be a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge in LWC and Service Cloud.

 

Key Deliverables:

 

·         Analyze/Provide technical solutions to optimize and improve the existing application functionalities.

·         Estimate work efforts required of the team for each phase of a project, and delivering on time

·         Collaborate with the other team members throughout the development lifecycle

·         Develop proofs-of-concept in collaboration with the architectural team

·         Collaborate with business and product owners to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

·         Mentor junior team members in Java and Object-Oriented programming best practices

·         Participate in the code review of the developed modules.

·         Collaborate with various internal departments (SAP, Team Center and Hybris) to ensure the Salesforce environment is properly working according to the HQ requirements.

·         Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical HQ business functions, meet project objectives and company goals.

·         Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving business requirements.

·         Ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and Deployment of Salesforce projects and Change requests.

·         Ensure the daily tickets are managed effectively by Team and provide support to end users.

·         Interact directly with Head quarter IT and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.

Qualifications & Work Experience

·         Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) expert with at least 2 yrs experience in LWC.

·         Salesforce Integration experience (REST API, SOAP API)

·         Strong web development skills including Aura, LWC, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPScript, SSJS and AJAX.

·         Experience on Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing cloud.

Preferred Skills

·         SALESFORCE CRM TECHNICAL DEVELOPER and good end-to-end process knowledge

·         Salesforce certified (PDII, Javascript Developer I, Sales & Service Cloud consultant)

·         Experience in working on ticket management tool

·         Experience in Agile methodology.

·         Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, Flows and Visualforce)

·         Experience in Salesforce Einstein, and Live Chat.

·         Working knowledge of force.com sites will be an advantage.

Force.com Data Loader, Migration Tool, and Metadata APIs.

Should have Min 4 - 6 years of Experience in Salesforce CRM & Integration knowledge with LWC and Service Cloud.
