Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our
expansion efforts in the Mexico Territory. In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing our market presence,
identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities/ Duties
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential target industries, segments, and clients.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to adapt the company's strategy accordingly.
• Identify and reach out to key decision-makers and potential clients and build and manage the sales pipeline for the
Mexico territory.
• Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships with key decision makers for qualified leads.
• Manage sales leads from identification and initial contact through close.
• Set up meetings with potential clients to understand and evaluate the specific needs of each prospect, present the
platform accordingly, and negotiate deals to a successful close.
• Conduct sales presentations, demos, quotes, proposals, and RFPs for generated SQLs in Mexico territory.
• Actively engage clients to improve customer experience, identify growth opportunities and build brand loyalty.
• Discover customer and prospect requirements and communicate those requirements to Customer Success,
Engineering and Product teams.
• Collaborate with the leadership, marketing, customer success, product teams and external resources to improve
demos and presentations.
• Prepare, review, and manage budget for Mexico territory.
• Manage status reports of sales, revenue, and other important financial goals.
• Document all prospecting and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
• Represent Quloi at conferences, trade shows and other networking events.
Criteria for the Role!
• Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of the Mexico market and business landscape.
