Adoption of Delivery Platform in your portfolio Ensure that all the projects under the portfolio maintain the gross margin as a combined entity Define strategy and set 3 5 year aspirations for the Practice Define achieve annual quarterly revenue interlocked EE EN NN agreed targets with the Vertical Global Sales Heads profitability targets in line with strategy Ensures that the project managers are always on the lookout for IPs that can be created without compromising on the customer IP Contributes to streamlining processes across the accounts based on project execution Define build priority technology product service specific centers of Excellence in the Practice area Develop unique Practice area differentiators in line wi th customer needs and market landscape Drive functional technology domain expertise in defined focus areas Develop commercially successful solutions and frameworks in the Practice area Prepare specific case studies for the projects under execution an d closed so that they can used as references for new customers Contributes to creating a PoV for a specific domain or industry for which the project is being executed Is able to appreciate Mindtrees existing PoV and if it needs fine tuning based on the knowledge attained during the execution of the project Conducts sessions on business views domain directions best practices and case studies through various communities in Mindtree Drive market recognition of Practice capability and competenc y Improved Billing efficiency for your portfolio Actively take part in Pre Sales activities at the Account Vertical and organization levels Participate actively in Monthly PPRs Functional reviews Dashboard PMR Compliance = xx through the year K ey artifacts PP PMR Checklist Test Plan Risk Plan Release readiness existence for = xx of the projects through the year Contribute and actively participation in the CMMi Services Level 3 accreditation process Improve First Time Right Success.
