SAP FI/CO Support – Focused on FI with Tax/ Banking Experience
· Strong SAP S4 HANA implementation experience along with SAP? support experience.
· Strong knowledge on the industry vertical food/beverage & consumer packaged goods oriented companies.
· 7+?years of Experience in FICO Module with specific experience in the following areas
· ?Deliver?SAP?Finance?and Controlling support incident both On-Premise with cloud integration support with other applications.
· General Ledger Accounting
· Accounts Payable
· ?Accounts Receivable
· ?Cost Center Accounting/Profit Center Accounting
· Profitability Analysis (COPA)
· Product Costing
· Material Ledger
· Bank accounting
· Asset Accounting
· Treasury Module
· Group reporting
· RAR
· FSCM - Credit / Collections / Disputes
· Bank Communication management
· Excellent Good communication skills.
· Experienced working with multiple ledger/Currency
· Local tax and other integration with cross module aspiration
· Support experience as part Month End and Year End financial process
· Ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across organization.?
The person?will have hands on configuration experience coupled with technical
· knowledge in the?SAP?Finance?Integration with external app like Vertex, Coupa, VIM, Hyperion, Getpaid, Blackline, Banking etc.
· Best analytical skills to resolve the Incident, Root cause analysis, Preventive actions. Solution to provide historic data correction Mitigate the issue.
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Post Implementation Service Management, Incident or Defect Management and Testing tools. Understanding of SOLMAN, CharM and change management processes. ????
· Working knowledge of ALE/EDI IDoc’s, recovery of failed batch Jobs & Inbound & Outbound RFC & Queues. Impact analysis and showcase the proposal etc.
· High analytical and problem solving skills in SAP FICO module, ability to provide best practice solution on incidents & assess ?its downstream impact on integrated solution. Ensure continuity of ‘business as usual’ items in lieu of proposed RICEFW as well as its relevance on Master Data Management
· Good Understanding of STO/ IC process
· Continuous Improvements proposals, business process validation and documentation abilities to create FSD (including business process flow finance Table and flow and data flow understanding. Understand Technical Specific Documentation, Testing and Error Handling, Knowledge Base Articles, defect resolution, training materials & support run book.
· Full ownership of the support tickets in the respective process area, work with integration, other process teams, development teams, 3rd party support providers to resolve the tickets within Operational/Service Level Agreement limits. Experience with 24x7 support covering all time zones , working with multi-cultural support teams spread across different geographies. Should be able to work efficiently, effectively & independently.
