Role: MS Dynamics CRM Architect
Experience Required: 10 years to 15 Years
· Experience in IT including at least 3 years in Architecture roles on large CRM implementation that includes workflows customization.
· Experience in defining realizing end to end Solution Architecture for large complex systems.
· Must have strong functional technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM Dynamics 365 on Premise Cloud.
· Proven Knowledge of standard workflows out of box feature of MS Dynamics CRM Plug in development CRM form programming scripting C NET JavaScript and Custom workflow assembly development.
· Hands on experience in C Net Java Script MS SQL SSRS SSIS Fetch.
· Experience in system and performance analysis is a plus.
· Experience in managing and contributing to pre sales activities like proposal creation presentation etc.
· Up to date on latest trends in CRM and related areas like Social media marketing email marketing.
· Played customer facing roles and sound experience in handling customer independently.
· Strong customer focus expertise in understanding customer needs stated and unstated and provide possible alternatives.
· Ability to build maintain strong customer partner and team relationship.
· Strong interpersonal communication presentation skills.
· Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
· Support Team building and drive organizational initiatives.
· Work Description a techno functional role to provide advisory services to customers as well implementation team on MS Dynamic CRM Roles responsibilities include but not limited to
· Work with clients to come up with solutions balancing performance usability feasibility and client satisfaction solution design should consider client s existing systems requirements and integration needs with other systems in the landscape
· Define and communicate all requirements related to the project planning architecture implementation sizing tuning and scalability.
