Job Location: Bangalore
· Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal customers and the Product Owners/Solution Definition Managers.
· Excellent hands-on experience in Core Java.
· Technical expertise with the Mediation Zone Product for Digital Route.
· Analyze the detailed impacts on existing processes end-to-end, from User Experience, Mediation and , Billing till Data Analytics with the Functional Analysts in the Mediation area and other BRIM systems.
· Experience in performance and tuning of CM systems.
· Define Technical spec for the CM solution part using standard CM capabilities whenever possible
· Validate the detailed outcomes of the CM solution after the change with internal customers to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations.
· Implement and test solution customization/configuration in CM module
· Expertise in implementing CM business logic and workflows.
· Resolution of tickets related to SAP CM.
· Capability to understand & design solutions based on the business requirement.
· Implementation experience with customers having large volumes.
· Produce technical documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption (internal customers and Operations).
· Deliver the agreed solution on-time, within budget and according to specifications.
· Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve performance based on Operations improvement items.
· Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years Experience
· Expert in SAP Subscription Convergent Mediation (Business logic and workflows)
· Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years’ Experience.
· Expert in SAP Subscription Convergent Mediation (Business logic and workflows)
· Good knowledge on SAP BRIM capabilities, components’ integration end-to-end from CM till the Invoice Document generation.
· Automation knowledge.
· Good knowledge in data analysis in standard tools (Excel Macros, VBA, Python) to support our analysis and measurements
· Good knowledge in process design tools (ARIS Express, Visio, ARIS, …)
· Core Java
· Ability to write the documentation that describes what the customer expects of an engineering system. The documentation typically describes what is needed by the system user as well as requested properties of inputs and outputs. Includes: specifications, user guides, High Level Design documents, interfaces documentation, configuration details.
