Job Description


 

  • Should have hands on exp in the area of Talent mgt / Resource mgt / Workforce mgt. Need to have good communication, interpersonal skills and work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders. Flexible enough to work on overlapped hours if needed. Highly preferred to have worked with mid to large tier organizations and have handled 500+ strong groups.

  • Regular cadence with COE/Pre-sales to understand the opportunities in the pipeline. Attend Deals in Pipeline (DIP) calls
  • Demand Validation (Start date, billing start date, competency, role, JD, Rate, Guided or not, Staff Aug, individual position or part of a team etc. etc.) and connect with Delivery teams to understand demand, understand project context, what is needed when.
  • Fulfillment plan, Blocking, Unblocking in system, Presenting data/Plan, Cadence with DM/PM. Attend onsite calls as required.
  • Bench Review : should monitor and know about the employees on their bench (Deployable +Blocked) - their actual status (Extension, staffing pending, Long leave, resigned etc). The same should be discussed with the Delivery Head on a weekly basis and is expected to take appropriate actions for long ageing bench employees.
  • Unbilled review : should have a regular review with Delivery/Project Manager on staffed unbilled employees and track their billing date closely till they get staffed as billed.
  • Recruitment Team reviews : Closely track External Hiring. Accountable and responsible to present data to the Leadership team from a complete view from Resource Management perspective and Metrics.
  • Sub-contractor Monitoring : Accountable and responsible to monitor Subcontractors in their respective Groups. Review the Sub Contractor list on a regular basis with Delivery teams and ensure having a plan against each resource for cost reduction. The same plan should be tracked till closure with a target date.
  • Zero billing - Review billed Analysis reports to identify people who are staffed billed but not generating any revenue and take corrective action.
  • Per Person Cost - Monitoring and controlling and review per person cost with Leadership team and take corrective action.
