Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree
· SAP S4HANA 2020 implementation and Support experience
· Should have done 2-4 Onsite implementation and onsite support projects in India
 
Desired Candidate Profile
· 5+ years’ experience as SAP CS/SAP Customer Service Consultant
· Domain experience in SAP CS
· Onsite Experience with Indian Clients
· Requirement gathering, SAP Warranty management, Field Service, AMCs
· .Resolve change requests
· Good priority setting and delegation skills.
· Solid analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, reporting, and communication skills.
Preferably from heavy equipment manufacturing companies
