SAP Project Manager- System Landscape and Performance Management

 Managing Infrastructure Demand for On premise and Cloud based requests, infrastructure planning, System Landscape and Design, System Performance and allied activities.

Includes responsibilities of delivering every project on time within budget and scope according to the overall Business Roadmap.

The project manager ensures that there are clear communication paths within the project team and the organization and business function. The project manager acts as main point of contact between the business, project sponsors and the project team members.

Responsibilities

·         >Total 10> Years’ experience in Sap of which > 5 years  as SAP Project Manager  in e2e Platform Mgt supporting e2e Business process and capability Mgt.

• Provide on-site and offshore leadership for project and scrum teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Provide knowledge in the handling of systems and infrastructure as per the role mentioned above.

·         Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously

·         Experience in Identifying Project risks and Developing mitigation plans.

• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan (Lean Product Charter) for all phases of the project
• Search and onboard adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes according to the Blue Heart contracts and guidelines
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings with basic Lean and Agile principles (e.g. Daily Mgt, Problem solving, Standup, Retrospective)
• Monitor staff performance, complete performance reviews and perform lessons learned
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Manage ongoing quality control, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and participate in quality issue resolution

·         Excellent leadership skills and experience of handling middle size teams.

·         Good communication skills

·         Co-ordination with other ongoing programs

·         Support in solution design

·         Support in cutover activities including performance testing, Load monitoring , Work processes etc

·         Go live support and post live support

Must have skills

·         SAP Project Management and Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership  

·         Sound Infrastructure /Systems related knowledge in areas such as Hardware installations and Setups, System sizing, System Architecture, System Integration, Upgrades of Databases and OS, RFCs, System Copies Transport management, Load balancing and work processes, application servers, system security.

·         Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology

·         Experienced with:-

o    Compliance, Quality & Regulatory, like ICS SoX, FDA, Security, etc.

o    Software Validation procedures like IQ, OQ, PQ

o    Assessments like Business-, Quality System- and Privacy impact

o    Worked with SAP System and Software Release Mgt

·         Fluent in English (written and verbal)

·         Communication skill

·         Testing skill

·         Coordination with stakeholders during the project phases on Systems and infrastructure  related topics

• Analysis and attention to Detail
• Financial Management with Forecasting, Budgeting

·         ITIL, esp. Incident, Problem and Change Mgt

·         EPI-Use roll out experience

Location:   High Tech Campus, Eindhoven, Netherlands at the start and eventually PIC , Bangalore.

Language: fluent English in writing and speaking
