Implementation Partnership Management, Projects Management , Enterprise Process Framework Adoption & Improvement
Responibilities
Develop implementation partnership charter in line with organizational requirement, near and long terms objectives inculding criteria's for project allocation and handover
mechanisms
Assist in creating implementation partner ecosystem in the organization by implementing processes inculding but not limited to implementation partner enablement assets, training content and delivery, budgeting and roi mechanismsn etc.
Own implementation partner governance, issues, ,renewals, new opportunities , etc by collaborating with servuce delivery, product and sales teams
Design, conduct and improve upon implementation Partner C- SAT program
Incumbent and the function will take $ targets to be derived from initial investments made by implementation partners
Manage programs in global PMO functions which may include projects/activities like Goverance (both tactical and long term), various reporting requirements at MIS and EIS level, P& L issues/ lever analysis etc
Assist in Enterprise Process Framework development, deployment and maintenance, establish maturity index and action plan for process teams and monitor implementation with delivery and support function.
Mandatory skills:
At least 2 yrs exp in Partner Management
At least 2 yrs exp in large scale programs/ project management
At least 4 yrs of hands on exp in designing, facilitating implementation, and troubleshooting processes at operational & enterprise level.
Excellent stakeholder management skills in multi culture set up
Adaptability- willingness to work in a fast paced environment and continuously upskilling and learning new technologies
