Key Responsibilities
The consultant will need to work with the project team to carry out independently all the configuration/testing/training related to the RMK module. This will include but not limited to :
o Managing the Employee Portal
o Integrating Goal Management
o Integrating Recruiting
o Performing Initial Technical Configuration in Super Admin
o Configuring Provisioning Settings
o Setting Up Permissions in Admin Tools
o Synchronizing Security, User, and Foundation Data in SuccessFactors HCM
o Business Configuration and Administration
o Knowledge of XML is mandatory
o Port the System from Test to Production
o Prepare requirement workbook
o Prepare end-user training and admin training
o Prepare access and authorization matrix
o Data Load / Data Migration Preparation
o Knowledge of Online Report Designer for Ad Hoc (Platform)
o Dashboards 2.0
o Ad Hoc Report Builder 2.0

Educational Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or it’s equivalent
|
Required Professional Qualifications/Skills
§ 2 - 3 years of progressive Onboarding SuccessFactors experience.
§ Completed at least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementation.
SAP certified application – Associate preferably professional
