• Resource management- periodically review forecast decisions & challenge when more expedient methods

• Technical, organizational, and personnel management of the Software Services business unit
• Responsible for the definition of the software product roadmap and the ongoing flow of value of the
product portfolio with the SW portfolio manager and the product owners
• Program planning (delivery of multiple, possibly inter-weaving, streams of work)
• Process definition and oversight (i.e., project management)
• Team management and project estimation
• Works with customer success/ product management team to uncover business requirements and
