Job Description

  • Minimum of 5years of SAP HCM Module Consulting experience
  • Sound knowledge of SAP HCM Business Processes which includes Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management
  • Must have strong understanding of SAP Organizational Structure/Units
  • Possess good domain knowledge in HR
  • Must have good knowledge of the integration points between HCM with other SAP Modules
  • Ability to facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables for IT
  • Ability and experience to identify solutions in systems
  • Experience in working with clients to gather requirements and to define business process
  • Ability to evaluate impact and perform functional analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Retail industry working experience is preferred
