Principal Consultants (8-12 Yrs.):
Responsibilities
· Leads business process design roadmap, planning.
· Develops strong relationships with customer by building trust.
· 8+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 5 years on the Salesforce platform
· Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
· Experience in leading workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and required Capabilities. Ability to ask hard questions during workshops and suggest best practices and efficient ways of implementing business processes
· Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
· Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
· Strong background in leading large enterprise applications, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
· Be involved in the financial management of clients
· Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
· Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
· Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
· Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
· Train, coach, and supervise staff
Requirements.
· 8+ year of total relevant experience and minimum 5+ years of experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in working on Salesforce projects including development in Apex, Lightning, Web services integration, Force.com, Role, Profiles.
· Must have experience in designing Salesforce data model and security model.
· Should have experience in setting of quality control processes for deliveries and quality improvements for the team.
· Experience in leading and managing multiple teams located in different geographies.
· Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
