Job Description
?Analyzing and defining solutions within the Incident, Change, Portfolio- and Project-
Processes.
?Understanding business issues and data challenges.
?Suggesting areas of improvement.
?Leading projects and initiatives in the OTC stream area.
?Reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes, and
recommendations related to the proposed solution.
?Developing functional specifications and system design specifications.
?Recommending technical solutions.
?Cooperating with consultants from other streams, like PTP & FICO.
?Taking responsibility for 2nd and 3rd level support.
?Contributing to driving the organisation into digitalization.
?Managing external AMS partners.
?Driving process harmonization and building-up of a global process catalog.?
Working Experience and Desired Skills
?A Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science or Information Technology.
?Experience in the SAP value stream OTC (10+ years).
?Advanced OTC stream knowledge.
?End-to-End Process Customizing and Integration experience.
?A good understanding of related SAP ERP streams like OTC and PTP.
?Experience with Full-Circle Implementations.
?The ability to work within a team environment, with a proven track record of working
hands-on with teams on functional and technical aspects on the SAP platform.
?Active participation in process assessments to measure effectiveness.
?An analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving mindset. The ability to work in a fast-
paced, agile environment in a highly collaborative way at all levels of the organization.
?The ability to map business requirements and provide solutions, along with
configurations.
?Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation and business-
partnering skills.
?The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task and prioritise
tasks.
?A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.
?Basic knowledge of ABAP.
?Analytical skills to guide business / IT through various solutions and troubleshoot
integration issues swiftly.
?SAP certification/s.
?The experience of working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
?Working experience with USA clients.
?The willingness to work partly or fully during USA office hours
