SAP HANA FICO - RAR, Group Accounting & Consolidation :
Job Description:
- Should have Minimum of 15+ Yrs experience in SAP FICO.
- Should have worked in SAP S4/HANA,Simple Finance& be familiar SAP S4/HANA 1909 processes
- Should perform the function of process designer and be able to design the to-be process out of the current as-is process.
- Accounting or Engineering Qualification and background.
- Able to blue print the complete process around different Integration areas including :
- Procure to Pay
- Order to Cash
- Record to Report
- Project Systems
- Consolidation and Group Reporting :
- Should have worked on Multi Geo Projects, with good hands on SAP S/4 HANA version 1909.
- Excellent MS-Visio / MS-Project / Share point Skills
- Thorough Understanding of finance processes
- Proven track record for carrying out Implementations / Roll-outs with multi geography and multi user fraternity.
- Ability to lead / direct and perform the duties of a BA.
- Engage in Cut-over discussions and follow ups with business to conclude open points.
- Ensure Minimal Business disruption during Black Out.
- Multi GAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong hands on system configuration to delve quick solutions
- Good exposure on Data Migration will be a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to document and present the to-be process designs and documents.
- Avid listener, ability to multi task
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholder and keep everyone on project apprised of the project status.
- Excellent Team Player
Mandatory skills set is : S4/HANA version 1909, Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR), Group reporting, Consolidation.
Base Location : Bangalore.
Location is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
