Analyst – SAP SD
Job Description:
Experienced OTC Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will work with the business, functional, and
technical teams to define, document, design, implement and support SAP ECC and allied software
solutions to meet business objectives.
Required Skills:
• 6-9 years of experience in SAP SD area including ECC versions and S4HANA.
• Strong business process experience in Sales Operations, Commissions, Complaints Management,
Credit Management, Account Receivables or Financial Analysis is preferred
• Well versed with all the configurations related to master data, order processing, pricing, output,
delivery and billing.
• Must be highly motivated and dependable with excellent communication and collaboration
skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, able to multitask and prioritize as needed.
• Proven ability to analyze, research, assess and implement SAP solutions
• Broad functional and process knowledge of the core business processes for order processing,
delivery processing, logistics execution, freight charges, billing, pricing, agreements and rebates.
• Experience with web based ordering systems, SAP Based APIs, SAP based web services, BAPI and
RFC Calls, IDOC based integrations is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to translate business processes or
concepts into technical requirements
• The ability to identify the impact of process or data across more than one functional area or SAP
module is necessary.
• SQL Querying, HANA Studio and Tableau experience is nice to have
• Experience in suggesting Business Process and IS Process improvements is nice to have
• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills with ability to debug and trouble-shoot issues.
• Excellent Ability to map process flows in Visio
• Should have worked on multiple enhancements & customizations right from requirements
gathering to Production deployment.
• Should have worked on one End-to-End implementation project.
• Enthusiastic outlook with affinity to quickly learn new things.
• Team player with effective coordination with other employees
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business users to determine business requirements and translate them to
system requirements with respect to OTC – Order to Cash process and related business
functions.
• Demonstrate a “Get it done” attitude and drive initiatives to closure with proactive stakeholder
interaction, following-ups and escalations as needed.
