Lead all technical aspects of ServiceNow solution delivery and consulting, including Application Configuration, Workflow, UI, Scripting and Integrations with other systems.
• Interface with clients and coordinate technical execution with onsite and offshore teams.
• Mentor team in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices.
• Lead requirement gathering to identify use cases and value based acceptance criteria with client and other stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology, automation and service offerings based on client requirements.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management methodologies and processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including technical and business concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery & support.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, and ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
• ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification is mandatory. Certification on Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM & Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resource are preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident Management, Service Request management, problem & change management through ServiceNow.
• Experience in the HR domain or working with HR platforms such as SAP and Workday.
• Experience with Web Services, APIs, ETL, and Workflow design
• Knowledge of key integrations and their mechanisms with multiple HR technology platforms
• Experience with Standards, Regulations and Frameworks such as ITIL, SOX and FDA.
• Experience with either Compliance methodologies or Security Operations.
