1) Should have knowledge in APO -DP&SNP or GATP&PPDS or SNP&PPDS knowledge to configure and deliver solutions
2) Knowledge about supply chain for high tech industry with manufacturing experience
3) Able to understand and explain Forecast models and their application
4) Able to understand data extraction and knowledge of Data sources , key figures etc
5) Ability to explain planning results for SNP heuristics , including safety stocks, deployment and transport builder
6) Have through knowledge on CIF integration aspects master data between ECC and APO (PDS, SOS, Tlane)
7) Understand integration of transaction data between ECC and APO with E2E business knowledge
8) Various SAP processes like Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Dynamic Safety stocks etc
9) Understand Forecast release, unconstrained plan and constrained plan
10) Able to handle team with helping juniors to resolve the issues and face customer
11) Having knowledge about process chains
12) Understands support model/Incident Management/Problem management/Escalation ability to work with other vendors in congenial atmosphere
