open ETW position (HCM-Lvl2-Specialist-Offshore(U) in our offshore team. Please share candidate profiles that matches following required skillset,

 

HCM-Lvl2-Specialist-Offshore(U)

  • Sr. SAP HCM BSA with multiple years of experience configuring and supporting US Payroll
  • Extensive knowledge configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management(OM), Payroll, Benefits Modules for global population
  • Good understanding of HR business processes in area of PA, OM, Global Payroll and Benefits
  • Experience working with various country payroll vendors
  • Experience  supporting HR data integrations with various upstream/downstream systems (e.g. Payroll, Benefit, Time, Financial Accounting)
  • Ability to support periodic legal pack (LP), support pack (SP) upgrades, BSI Tax factory updates (BSI TUBs, Cyclic upgrades)
  • Experience working with teams located at different Geographic location
  • Ability to drive conversations in stakeholder meetings
  • Leading problem analysis
  • Understand requirement, identify business impact
