Job title : SAP Customer Service (Must be an expert in SAP CS,
SD consultants without CS expertise need not apply)
Location : Anywhere in India
Shift : 12 PM to 9:30 PM IST

· Must have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Customer Service as an
expert SME in CS processes with atleast 2 full cycle implementations and possessing
· Must have hands on knowledge to configure & implement Customer Service solutions
· Extensive knowledge of Repair processing, Service Notifications, Service Orders,
Equipment Master & Serial numbers, Service products, procurement for service,
Billing including resource related billing
· Required working knowledge in technical functions such as batch jobs,
queue monitoring, security, debugging SAP and custom programs,
data loads, familiar with SD/CS table-field etc.,
· Should have good experience in SAP SD, logistics execution
and must have good knowledge in areas including sales master data,
sales order processing, delivery & billing, pricing, plant & material determination,
account determination, rebate processing, output control, etc.
Familiar with Shipment and shipment processing & 3PL interfacing
· Thorough knowledge in EDI messaging example 940, 945, 846, etc. & IDOC processing
· Ability to understand and execute integration testing
with 3PL and other Vendor systems
· Prepare Functional specification, Conduct Unit testing,
integration testing & assist UATs & resolve issues & bug fixes.
