JD for Service Management SAP S/4
? Should have more than 10 years of experience working in SAP SD, CS and CRM Service
module. Can be looked at exceptions if suitable candidate found.
? Experience working in either Manufacturing and/or Service industry
? People with S4/HANA experience will have added advantage
? Should be aware of the standard Fiori application
? Knowledge on CRM web UI configuration and development will have added advantage
? Experience in Field service, Service contract, Repair orders, In-house repair process,
Product proposal, Confirmations, Functional location creation and Billing
? Experience in Business partners, Org management, Pricing procedure, Item categories,
Standard workflow
? Should have worked on Integration with SD, FI CO, PP, HR and MM modules
? Should have designed and deployed custom applications
? Experience in requirement gathering, solution designer, development, project planning,
estimation, functional consultant role
? Should have done wave and sprint planning, deployment and testing, drive scrum call,
client demo.
