Role Description: SAP CRM Technical Consultant/ SAP CRM Senior Technical Consultant - 8 to 14 yrs
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
· Participate as a key member of an application development and implementation team to provide the technical deliverables for multiple SAP transformation and enhancement projects
· Leverage your ABAP skills to develop innovative and creative output based on technical requirements
· Participate in the full software development lifecycle to handle development touch points, transports etc.
· Convert requirements to technical specifications and system design
· Conduct self-code reviews and peer code reviews
· Participate in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes
Educational Qualifications
Engineering Degree level or higher.
Skills and Experience
Mandatory
Ø 4 – 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP and CRM technical development with good working knowledge of CRM Web UI and object-oriented ABAP
Ø Good experience with SAP CRM Sales and Service Processes and one-order framework
Ø Ability to design and build a technical solution based on functional specifications to meet business requirements
Ø Experience in standard Web UI components enhancement and Application Enhancement Tool (AET)
Ø Expertise in CRM Web UI BOL Programming, View Configurations and Run-time Repository changes
Ø Knowledge in the following: One-Order Framework, Organisation Model, Categorization Schema, Partner Determination Procedure, Action Profiles, Date Profiles, Status Profiles, Navigation Bar Profiles, Business Roles
Ø Reports, BAPIs, BSP and Workflows
Ø Good working experience of web services and OData services
Ø SAP CRM Middleware: Mapping and filtering techniques, Middleware Enhancements using BADIs and User Exits
Ø Extensive experience in analysing runtime errors and debugging ABAP programs
Ø Ability to write high-quality technical design documents
Ø Experience of working in agile environments
Nice to have
Ø Experience of CRM Access Control Engine
Ø Integration with other applications (SAP and non-SAP)
