Job Description

Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP CRM
Must have strong functional knowledge in SAP CRM.
Must have good understanding of the application architecture in SAP CRM Sales.
Must be able to develop prototype solutions based on high level customer requirements.
Very good implementation expertise in marketing, Sales and Service.
Validate the system designs developed by internal team across projects.
Act as SME for the internal team, groom / train the internal team.
Gain in-depth understanding of the business, proactively identify solutions that can be showcased.
Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
