Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Networking Manager - Business Development Manager to
join our team and lead our expansion efforts in the Turkey This position requires a dynamic individual who can
leverage their industry connections, market insights, and business development skills to establish the company as
a key player in the Turkish tech ecosystem. In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing our market presence,
identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities/ Duties
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Turkish tech ecosystem, including
potential clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.
• Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand the company's network and brand
awareness.
• Leverage personal and professional connections to create business opportunities and collaborations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential
business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences, and relay this
information to the product development team.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the Turkish market, including market entry
and expansion strategies.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships, distribution agreements, and strategic alliances to drive revenue
growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential clients, and actively participate in client
acquisition efforts. Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide support to the sales team by offering insights, contacts, and strategies to close deals effectively.

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of
our SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with the
Turkish market.
• Also, explore and establish partnerships with other companies, both in Turkey and internationally, to
expand the SaaS company's reach.
• Provide input on localized content, messaging, and promotional materials.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development and networking activities.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to adapt the company's strategy accordingly.
Criteria for the Role!
• SaaS based product selling experience, with logistics background preferred
• Should be able to independently work and delivered the expected results
• Proven experience in networking and relationship building within the Turkish tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and technology trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals.
• Fluency in English and Turkish is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
