• Strong knowledge on P2P cycle on SRM & MM.
• At least 1 E2E Upgrade/Implementation/Enhancement on SRM 7 is a must and 1 or 2 support projects of SRM(Version 5 or 7)
• Strong exposure to catalogue management shopping cart, self-service procurement, Org structure maintenance, Master data Maintenance, Shopping Cart Procurement, Error Diagnosis, Workflows of SCs, operational sourcing and spend management
• Should have strong implementation/Enhancement knowledge on SC(Shopping cart), PO approval process & Contracts
• Should have good understanding in SRM 7.0 (EHP2) functionality with Extended classic scenario
• Strong knowledge on SRM ORG structure
• Should have good knowledge on PO output configuration via XML,IDOCs & email.
• Integration knowledge with ECC,PI,MDM system and third party systems.
• Good knowledge on Punch-out catalogs & internal catalogs.
• Must have knowledge on general daily monitoring techniques in SRM
• Good oral & written communication and ability to play client facing role
• Should be flexible to work in shifts like UK/Asia shifts
• Must be flexible to work on weekends as on need basis
