Responsibilities/ Duties
• Own and manage the account-based marketing strategy and the implementation of a world class
demand generation process to grow sales pipeline in Mexico and Latin America.
• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to drive new business interest and
add-on opportunities.
• Develop and execute nurture programs to convert pre-qualified marketing leads into high quality
business opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
• Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads,
conversions, and revenue.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new methods to drive revenue
growth and provide value to our target audiences.
• Partner with internal and external content creators to develop strategic campaign assets that will
drive lead generation across multiple personas and industries.
• Evaluate and develop the foundation for new demand generation channels.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
Criteria for the Role!
• 7+ years of SAAS sales experience with a focus on the Mexico market and Latin America, with a clear
and demonstrable track record of exceeding quota for 3 of the last 4 years.
• Strong knowledge (written and spoken) of English, Spanish. Some Portuguese preferred.
• Experience building demand generation plans to meet company revenue targets on a quarterly and
annual basis.
• Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across paid and organic channels.

• Experience with leveraging key marketing technologies such as Zoho, Appolo.io, Zoominfo, Sales
Navigator, revenue AI platforms and paid advertising channels to enable targeted demand
generation.
• Experience building end to end email nurture campaigns.
• Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with marketing, sales, customer success and
product.
• Experience evaluating campaign performance, translating data into actionable takeaways, and
developing executive summary reports for business leadership.
• Experience with A/B testing best practices and conversion rate optimization.
