Role Description
SAP Cloud for Customer Consultant. This team focuses primarily on integrating end-to-end SAP CX solutions including SAP Cloud for Customer, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Cloud and Qualtrics. You will be involved in all aspects of a project lifecycle from pre-sales, through prototyping, scoping, design and implementation.
Depending upon the size of the project you may be asked to manage a small team of more junior consultants.
Early phases of implementation projects (Design and initial Build) could be located at a client site with the reminder of project delivery from Bangalore Office

Educational Qualifications
Degree level or higher.
Skills and Experience
Mandatory
Ø Overall, 8 years of IT experience
Ø At least 3-4 years of C4C implementation & Support project experience
Ø At least 1 full life cycle C4C projects (Design to Go Live)
Ø Detailed understanding of C4C Master Data and transactional process for Sales and Service scenario. Should be able to lead requirement gathering workshops.
Ø Can solution design, configure and demo C4C Sales & Service scenario. This should include both standard capability as well as all type of extensions.
Ø Good understanding of C4C to ECC/S/4HANA integration scenarios from a design, implementation and debug perspective when something goes wrong.
Ø Understanding of OData and Web Services
Ø Knowledge of SAP CPI is must
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this role will entail regular engagement either face to face or via remote technology with clients and Mindtree teams
Desirable – Some knowledge or experience in the following areas:
Ø Exposure to C4C SDK
