Job Description


 

Experience in monitoring social media content and identifying key trends across various social media channels like Twitter, Facebook etc. • At least 4 years hands-on experience with data visualization, data mining, analytics, reporting out metrics in the areas of social media or related field. • Analyze any defects related to Sprinklr • Dashboard development & configurations • Propose tool improvements & participates in Sprinklr Community to be on edge of latest & greatest of Sprinklr. • Hands-on experience to develop Queries, Templates, Macros for Dashboards on Sprinklr. • Proficiency with SQL for data analysis; ability to write queries and understanding of database concepts. Exposure to PowerBI • Exposure to NLP concepts in the social space is a plus • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and an aptitude for learning quickly • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills Social Media Advocacy • Build social media advocacy programs (Brand and Customer) for brands. Monitoring, Tracking Engaging, Evaluating performance. • Seek out advocates that actively engage with the brand' to inspire and motivate them to share information and advocate about the brand • Drive engagement with social media influencers Social Media Reporting • Reporting on social media mentions of the brand internally providing useful feedback to marketing teams • Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media • Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations • Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies • Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. • Analyse trends and generate reports of client’s social activities and engagement • Analysing social media insights to guide future social media campaigns. • Building reporting frameworks to evaluate the return on investment on the various platforms. What makes you qualified • 3+ years of experience either within social media agencies or within digital/social media departments in creative and strategic brands. • Drive social media interactions with a proven record of actively engaging online in conversations that related to our content and brand. • Good working knowledge and understanding of social media monitoring and listening, and media analytics. • Use of social or digital analysis/engagement tools a plus (e.g. native social platform insights, Google Analytics, social listening platforms, social publishing) What would be an added advantage? • Adequate awareness/knowledge of social media management tools and its usage • Understanding of the FMCG/CPG industry is an advantage. • Certifications in social media/digital • Prior work experience with popular social media management tools (Sprinklr, TweetDeck, HootSuite, Sprout Social, etc) • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
