  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
  • Certified in SuccessFactors onboarding 2.0 module.
  • Should have at least one end to end implementation experience.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules’ functionalities and limitations
  • Staying current with latest releases and updates on SuccessFactors modules published by SAP
