Senior Business Analyst
Work location- Bangalore
candidates having worked with product similar to MFund.

Role and Responsibilities
? Should have expert level experience in Capital Markets and Investment Management Domain.
? Should have hands on experience on working in Investment Management Packages
? Should have sound knowledge on Capital markets concepts of Deal Management of various asset classes available in the markets.
? Should have good knowledge on the Fund accounting concepts including valuations, NAV computations, accounting entries, Fees computations etc.
? Understanding of Regulatory frameworks across Geographies including Indian framework would have added advantage.
? Should be able to handle Implementation projects in a client facing environment where close interactions with the development team and client users.
? Should be able to interact with clients on new requirements and be able to document the requirements as part of Functional Specifications and also prepare Use Cases and Case Studies to be used by the Testing team to prepare for Test Plans.
? Should be able to manage a small team of junior BAs and testers for a project implementation and drive towards closure of the Implementation project.
? To handle KT sessions for internal teams including technical and functional teams for the Project functional requirements
? To drive Change Request Projects from SIT phase through to UAT sign off during which continuously liaising with the client to make sure a smooth UAT process.
? Ensure deliverables always meet functional, design specifications and requirements of the software/products
? Review functional specifications to demonstrate full understanding of individual deliverables
? Conduct User trainings during UAT phase for the entire product or specific business functions
? Interact closely with stakeholders and client for query resolutions during UAT phase
? Peer reviews of Test case plans and test scenarios prepared by Testers and Junior BAs.
